The author and finisher of this gospel. The son of god, the savior, the Shepard of men, the holy one of Israel. The one and only Jesus christ! The savior and redeemer of ALL mankind.

This week was a good one! I forgot again to update as the week goes on so ill just give a highlight of what happened this week!!

We baptized about 5 dogs this week with a water bucket. Its looks a little cruel but these dogs deserve it. Only been here for 3 week i think and ive never been so annoyed by dogs so much in my life

A random drunk guy started ro fight with us i guess?? Hes came up and told me "i have 110% conscious" while he had alcohol in his hand😭 I love videoing interactions like this. I tryed to give him a jesus card after and shake his hand but i got the "no voy a darte la mano" Till the next time i guess!

MOTHERS DAY!! We had a giant party at the chapel! Man peruvians can party, especially at the church. They had a dj of a type and the moms did a memorized dance. Me my comp and the bishop/counselor were watching and dying laughing😭 It was so wild. Need to step up the ward partys back in the states thats for sure.

SUSHI!! *again- today a couple of us Elder went out and got a sushi boat! 70 sushis for 40 soles. Man it was so good, and cheap. But still dont beat sameri 21!!

Me and my comp climed to basically the highest point in our zone. It was so wild. The first and last time well probably do that. Its not very productive working so high in the moutains. But we got some cool views, and definitely got to see a way more humble part of my zone. Im talkin tin sheds with no roof humble. And all the people up there spoke a different language🥲 so we couldnt talk to a whole bunch.But super cool goin all the way up!

We had a member meal this week called "pachamanka" probably spelt that wrong but oh well. Its just a bunch of stuff cooked together like corn, pig,chicken,potatoes,giant green beans, and a fried banana and yea. The family told us we cant use a fork just our hand cause its a culture thing. So after a long day of shaking literally everybodys hands we got to eat food with those same hands!!!! Yay!!! I also forgot the hot water/tea drink they made us!!! I make it sound bad but it honestly was a really good meal just not a big fan of eating with my hands.

Had ZL exhanges this week with Elder walker. Hes a stud and is from Idaho. We had a good time and had some interesting lessons. We were h12pmaving a mad deep and powerful lesson and my comp was reading a really important scripture and the guy we were teaching just started to laugh out loud. Our of nowhere. He continued to do that twice through the lesson. And me and walker look at eachother like what the heck😭😭 Man that guy was interesting.

We all meet at the chapel for an hour and made some brownies from the usa gracias to my mom for sending us some brownie mix🙏🙏 And while we waited for that to cook we all played uno no mercy. Man that game is so much more fun then the regular uno.

The work here has been awesome. Everyday is a grind grind. Leave the house at 11am and head back at 10pm with a couple bananas in hand or eggs at the house for dinner. But with that being said. We are finding so much success in the work. Right now we got 7 people on date. And im pretty confident in like all of them. Were trying to work with the bishop and hoa brother to gwt his famiky baptized and there is 6 kids unbaptized😭 i was talkin to the bishop like bro cmon😭 Hes like yea i honestly forgot😭😭So thats awesome😂 The ward here is literally the best. The people are so nice literally help anytime we need something, and are super good about introducing themselfs to our friends and making them feel at home. Having a ward activally evolved in the missionary work is literally the best thing ever!! HELP OUT THE MISSIONARIES!

But yea this wekk was good. Im sure i missed a lot of what heppend but this is all i could think of off the bat. But yea hope all is good back home!! Hope all the mothers had a awesome mothers day!! And feel free to write me love hearing from you guys!!! Chow-
