Week 4 at Provo MTC!

Its my last week here in Provo! I had to say goodbye last Tuesday morning to my roommates Elder Fox and Elder Michele. They were so fun to talk with. Elder Michele always had something spiritual to share during branch prayer. They are serving in the Arizona Phoenix Mission. They were here for only two weeks because they are doing a Spanish speaking mission so we saw them come and go; Which made me want to get out of Provo already. Last Tuesday my district went to the Timponogos Temple for the third time. This time we did sealings, it was my first time doing sealings. It was pretty cool to see kind of how it will look like when I get to be sealed in the temple.

On Wednesday we got new roommates again. Elder Brown and Elder Maher. They were pretty chill. Elder Maher is from Cedar and apparently knows my cousin Maliza. Elder Brown got sick right when he got here and probably still is, thats kind of how it was for me too. The food this week was honestly buns. It was the same meals and my appetite was over it. Hopefully the food at the Manila MTC is better. I'm sure there will be things I like more about the Manila MTC but also somethings I liked more at the Provo MTC.

Thursday and Friday wasn't nothing special, just classes and studying.

Saturday was my district's last time having a class with Brother Apple and Sister Williams. They are great Tagalog teachers and have definitely helped me a lot improving my language skills.

Sunday was fs a rest day, I was really tired. Surprisingly I didn't fall asleep during our “Go and Do” experience but fell asleep during the later devotional. Also did lots of packing that night.

Monday was my last class with Sister Adams. She always brung the spirit into the classroom with her. My teachers did a great job of making sure I was improving and pushing myself to learn more and to SYL. I am so grateful for them and there efforts. My district is getting somewhat mixed up and will be different in Manila. Packed the rest Monday afternoon, it was a lot of sorting and weighing my bags. That night I had to weigh my two check-in luggage bags and they both had to be under 50lbs. Delta Airlines took them that night and so I didn't have to worry about them until I get to Manila.

I left the Provo MTC this weeks Tuesday afternoon to Salt Lake City Airport. Then to now in LAX, it was a two hour flight here. Wrote most of this email in LAX. I've had a 4 hour layover but now flying soon to Manila Philippines which will be a 14 hour flight. Wish me luck in the Philippines. Hope yall are doing great!
