FIRST CHRISTMAS
Sorry this one is a little late. But this was a good week. First Christmas as a missionary. And it was not as bad as I thought. It was the day after but I will explane, lets get into it.
We play a lot of soccer on P-day. Usually our district and maybe some of our zone comes too. It is fun some of the time and not some of the time. I shoot some hoops too, and maybe play a little game but no one is good so I just cook everyone. But love P-day.
Had a exchange with my ZL and that was nice to actually get some work done and do something. He taught me a lot and helped me with anything I needed. There was also an Elder that came back and visited. He loved this area so he came back to visit. And his parents were the best. Just trying to figure what was goin on. It was nice to talk to them.
On Christmas Eve we had dinner at a members house and it was a lot like home. A lot of people and some really good food. We also did a sock exchange and I got some really cool socks, with a dinosaur playing some basketball. And was really amazing.
CHRISTMAS!!! was great. we went to a members house played some games and I shared my American candies with them. And they loved it so much. And we actually ate all of them too. But this family made it really feels like home. And then the day after I was feeling a little sick, so we didnt do much and it was just a hard day.
But that was really the week. Nothing else really happened. other than It has pored all day every day this week. Which is good but it is still humid so I still sweat a ton. I hate the humidity. Dry heat is way better. And the members house we went always wants me to bring the games so we can play.
Moroni 7:47
I love sharing this scripture. Because it tells us things we need to have to be able to be well with God and return to him. CHARITY!! We need to have and show charity in our lives like Jesus did to help others and become like Him. I know that if we do this we will be blessed and receive blessings.
Thats the week guys. Have a great New Year. And its always good to hear from you. Love you guys!!
