Se Llama Chanchito?

Buenos días a todos!! Estoy muy triste por decir que este es mi último correo :(

Hey everyone, good morning! I am super sad to say that this is my last email I will be sending. I have learned so much during this time and have so many spiritual experiences to share. I really hope we can share that moment at my homecoming this Sunday at 9am :) Lets jump into my last week as a missionary!

♡ I have divis 2 times this week with las poderes hermanas of Parachico and Bolognesi

♡ I ate WAY too much every day this week…

♡ I enjoyed my last days with Hermana Asley.

♡ We had meeting after meeting including with the stake president

♡ We went bowling on monday! I didn't lose so I call it a win <3

♡ I was able to declare my purpose every single day and I see that as a blessing.

♡ We had 16 lessons with members!! For the missionaries out there… Yes, it is possible!

♡ We responded to some interesting questions and doubts.. Sometimes we just have to obey without seeing what lies behind us!

♡ Hermana Asley bought me a cute little sunflower and I love it <3

♡ We found a really fat dog in the street and Hermana Ynayan called it chanchito hahaha!! Its name is Toby :)

♡ I tried listening to the door to see if someone was home… no one answered:(

♡ Today my district surprised me and took me to “lunch” at 10am haha!! They are so sweet I am going to miss them.

♡ So I'll update you on what's going to happen these next few days because this is the last email. Today at 12pm I leave for Arequipa. Tomorrow I will have an interview with the President then head to the Airport.

♡ I will be taking a lot of transportación on the way home. First, an 8 hour bus ride to Arequipa. A few taxis before I get to the airport. Then a few planes (Arequipa to Lima, to Atlanta, to Saltlake, to St. George). Then my family and I will be going to the temple and going home <3

Spiritual thought

For my last thought I want to share about relationships. I never would have thought that I could comunícate let alone become close friends with someone so different from me. I comunícate with people everyday who are from a different culture and feel so blessed to have come so far. My mind has been opened and so have my eyes. I have been given a gift from God to be in this beautiful country even if it's just for a little while.

I created real friendships! People who I will never forget, that changed my life. So many people think that we serve missions to change the lives of other people but I think I am going to leave more changed than any of them. But really I've had the best mission in the world and know that I served exactly where I needed to! I've been impacted by so many small things that have taught me how to live, grow, and appreciate change. I have struggled and loved every change that has been thrown my way. Todo es posible con el Señor!

No tengo más palabras para describir todo lo que siento. Estoy emocionada, triste, sorprendida, tocada del Espíritu y el evangelio de Jesucristo en mi vida personal. Usted también puede tener este cambio. Puede encontrar a Jesucristo, y si se puede durante sus momentos más difíciles. Jesucristo pagó el precio. Jesucristo rompió las ligaduras de la muerte, gracias a Él todo es posible.

I want to leave you with my last promise as a representative of Jesus Christ. I promise that if you choose to enter and walk in the path Christ has shown us, and endure to the end you will have a change of heart, mind, and a complete change in your life for the better. I didn't see my progress during the journey but looking back through the hardest times I turned to my savior and found peace, love, comfort, calm, and so much more. You can find this too but only if you keep walking. Your eyes are closed but we have to trust the Savior's hand that is reaching out to YOU!
