It has been a week! I hope everyone is doing well. This week was pretty much the same as last week so hopefully I will have something interesting to say...

As for the title of this email... This is how my week went. In case you don't know about this scripture it is one of my favorites. It says "Yea. I know that I am nothing; as to my strength I am weak; therefore I will not boast of myself, but I will boast of my God, for in his strength I can do all things; yea, behold, many mighty miracles we have wrought in this land, for which we will praise his name forever."

The reason my week was similar to this scripture is because Spanish is hard...  Sometimes it makes me feel like I don't know anything. Without the Lord's help I would not be able to do this. Also I am learning more everyday why my parents wanted a 1 story house... stairs are kind of terrible #Weak. But, I have learned with continued prayers, scripture study, and faith we can see the miracles in our lives. I will continue to boast of my God because he has saved me!

Bullet points of the week!

+ Don't let your companion do your nails... if you do you will need to buy 2 rings to stop fidgeting.

+ It is  so important to understand that you can not do something grand without doing the basics first.  I wouldn't expect to play piano professionally without first taking piano lessons. If you want a testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ you first need to do the basics. Read your scriptures, pray, have faith, and do your best to become like the savior.

+ If you have not heard of the Nashville tribute band go find their music right now. They came and sang to us about the Book of Mormon and they are amazing!

+ The MTC choir is absolutely amazing! I was able to sing with them yesterday and I feel so blessed to be around amazing people.

+ Every second of every day counts. Time flies by and we need to treasure it everyday. It has officially been 1 month!!
